Divine Peace of Mind

About Our Organization

Built on Clinical Excellence. Driven by Purpose.

Divine Peace of Mind Child Care PLLC was established to address a critical deficit in the pediatric care continuum — the absence of licensed, clinically staffed facilities capable of serving medically fragile children.

Founder & Clinical Background

Our founder is a Registered Respiratory Therapist with over 14 years of critical care experience across acute and long-term care settings. Her clinical career has been defined by a commitment to the highest standards of patient safety and evidence-based practice.

As the mother of a medically fragile child, she experienced firsthand the systemic failures that families in this population face daily — unreliable in-home nursing staffing, the absence of any licensed facility equipped for complex medical needs, and the impossible choice between maintaining employment and ensuring her child's safety.

This is not a daycare with medical accommodations — it is a healthcare operation with a child-centered model, designed, staffed, and governed to the clinical standards that medically fragile children require.

As we prepare to open in Temple, Texas, we are assembling a team of credentialed healthcare professionals who share this commitment to clinical excellence, patient safety, and family-centered care.

Mission Statement

To operate a licensed pediatric medical care facility that delivers skilled nursing, individualized treatment plans, and developmental support for medically fragile children — enabling families to maintain economic stability without compromising their child's safety or quality of care.

Vision

To establish the standard of care for specialized pediatric facilities in Central Texas and develop a replicable operational model that can be deployed in underserved communities statewide and nationally.

Core Values

Clinical excellence. Patient safety. Operational transparency. Family partnership. Equitable access to specialized care. Accountability at every level of the organization.
